VISA® Credit Card
Shelby County State Bank offers VISA® credit cards through TCM Bank. This relationship with TCM Bank gives us the ability to offer VISA® credit cards with very competitive APR's (Annual Percentage Rates) and no annual fees.
Our VISA® cards feature ScoreCard Rewards, Zero Cardholder Liability for confirmed fraud, Travel Accident Insurance, ID Theft Assistance and Auto Rental Waiver (if credit card is used to pay for auto rental).
Cardholders have access to their account on line at www.mycardstatement.com and also have four convenient ways to pay their credit card bill:

Arrange for auto-pay by calling VIP Customer Service @ 1-800-883-0131
To report lost or stolen cards, please call Customer Service @ 1-800-883-0131.
On-line applications are available after signing on to Shelby County State Bank On-line Banking. An application packet is also available upon request at any Shelby County State Bank location.
All applications are subject to credit approval.

There are two convenient options for re-ordering your checks:

E-Mail Statements
Shelby County State Bank E-Mail Statements are:
Identical to printed versions of your statement (including check and deposit ticket images) to view, print and save at your convenience.FREE to all of our customers.Sent to your e-mail address instead of in the mail. You will receive an e-mail notification that your statement is ready and you simply open it with a password that you select. Safe and secure because they are encrypted for safety and password protected.Easy to initiate. Download and complete the password request form and return to any Shelby County State Bank location to begin getting your own E-Mail Statement.
